The Duem Ranch resides on the tradition land of the Fernandeñdo Tataviam people who had long been inhabitants and stewards of this land prior to European colonization.

The Duem Ranch wants to honor and show respect to the Fernandeñdo Tataviam people, past, present and the future as The Duem Ranch aspires to create a more compassionate and just world through land management, music and art.

The soil here is being rebuilt using permaculture designs. Working with nature to create a liveable space for all beings in the high desert.

Water is being used from a local well and all the residents that reside here have been come from refugee situations.

The Duem Ranch is working with the water, soil and time, not against them.
